Nekadašnja hrvatska manekenka libijskih korijena, a s američkim prebivalištem, Jasmina Hdaga, svojevremeno je bila jedna od najuspješnijih manekenki na svijetu. Danas se bavi s jogom, koju najčešće trenira – potpuno gola. Tvrdi da je smisao života pronašla u jogi. A da vrijedno vježba, više je nego očito iz priloženih fotografija i snimki.
“It's always been a mystery to me how people can respect themselves when they humiliate other humans."~ Mahatma Gandhi 🙏❤️🙏 As you get older, you will start to understand more and more that in life, it's not about what you look like or what you own, it's all about the person you've become.🙌🏾❤️🙌🏾 So in the last few days for some reason I had some very “interesting” people that started following me and few of them had a need to write me insta messages; to tell me how scary ugly I am🤣using the worst Croatian curse words🤭how I didn’t find a sponsor to get my boobs done n I’m flat as hell🤣 accused me of putting silicon in my ugly lips (if I did that why wouldn't I pump my boobs?!anyway🤣) that I’m doing devils work cause I’m teaching yoga🤣how ugly my dogs are n how skinny n unsexy I am n that I used to be so beautiful🤔🤣that I’m smiling all the time n my smile is a real sign I’m mentally unstable n only a mother can love someone as ugly as I am🤣 it gets better but you get the point; some even had a need to send me pictures of their dicks after calling me out and...honestly...I was shocked when I realized they are Croatian 😰🇭🇷❤️ I’m really unfuckwithable and there are strange ppl everywhere in the world, nothing can surprise me anymore but the need to follow someone so you can judge them n tell them how ugly they are n where I ended up cause I teach yoga now and I used to be a famous model...judging my life/path as failure cause I didn’t settle down by now like majority of famous models with a soccer player; that’s the thing in my county models and soccer players🤗or any famous person; the need to judge my life isn’t exactly about me, says more about them and their own insecurities, limitations n needs and I truly hope they do overcome their own battle and face their own demos and most importantly find their own peace 🙏❤️🙏 Winston Churchill stated that being criticized is good because it meant you have stood up for something. I know I’m not a typical model, typical anything I break rules and I fucking love it cause I AM ME n will always be me 🤗🐒 Thank you haters for your criticism but you can all kiss my skinny ugly ass I love you all anyway❤️❤️❤️

We are seeking the balance of polarity, not the antagonism of duality.❤️🙏❤️ Hardness and heaviness mean the asana is wrong. Whenever there is tightness, the brain is overreacting so we get trapped and there is no freedom. When there is softness in the body and lightness in mind, the asana is correct. Never use ur brain/mind to practice; practice from the intellect of the heart, with lightness, firmness and at the same time softness means it's a total stretch, total extension and total expansion. Don't get attached to how poses look rather how they feel.
